Finbarr Malone & Associates was established in 2006 to fulfill the gap between large marketing consultancy firms and hospitality business owners.

Finbarr has a lifetime’s experience in hospitality, marketing and business development. He describes himself as a motivational teacher and maketing expert that can develop the right marketing system that will sell anything...!

Finbarr is a small business owner with businesses in the hospitality arena and therefore specialises in both marketing and recovery for hospitality businesses. He understands the difficulties of business ownership and what it takes to make them work and has helped many business get back on track.

As well as marketing Finbarr has also developed a Growth & Recovery program for hotels, pubs and restaurants that find themselves in difficulties and has had great success with this.

Finbarr received his Masters Degree in 2003 from DIT and has lectured on Hospitality programs at IT Tallaght.for three years. He has trained with Steve Hackney who is the UK’s leading marketing expert developing Rapid Hotel Marketing System™ and Hospitality Marketing System™ as well Martin Howey of Topline Consulting in the U.S. a world renowned marketing consultant.
