Layout of your Menu
menu layoutNow that you have established the cost prices of your menu items and are happy that your selling prices are sufficient to cover your overheads and leave a reasonable profit for yourself, you will need to layout your menu correctly to ensure that you "force" customers into ordering the meals you want them to order! Of course, this is merely a subliminal suggestive selling trick and the customer won't even know whats happening...but you will!
Research has proven that when we open a newspaper, book or menu, our eyes are naturally drawn to certain parts of the page.
