At Bord Bia’s Food and Drink Industry Awards recently were h Anne Hogan, Brand Manager for Bulmers Pear Cider with Bord Bia Chief Executive Aidan Cotter. The C&C Group picked up the Home Grown award for Bulmers Pear Cider, launched in March. Bulmers Pear cider is C&C’s first departure from apple cider and its creative ‘Embrace the Pear’ campaign has so far generated over €11 million-worth of sales in a challenging domestic market.
