Barry
& Fitzwilliam is considering the purchase of Galvins Wholesale Ltd (the
company behind the Carry Out off-licence chain), currently in
examinership. According to Michael Barry, Managing Director of B&F,
the company is presently conducting due diligence on GWL via Deloitte. The
process is expected to be complete by 20th November, after which a decision
will be taken, he stated.
