SoleSole has a delicately flavoured flesh with a fine, firm texture.

Sole can be prepared in a variety of was including poaching, steaming, baking, broiling and sautéing. It’s ideally suited for combining with other foods and sauces.

Sole is a good source of protein. Its fat content can vary considerably and thus also the quantity of omega-3 fatty acids.
