Use this sheet to assist with the counting and cashing up of your cash registers at the end of each shift.
To make the most of the sheet, bartenders or supervisors should be asked to count the cash BEFORE a reading is done on the till. That way, the true cash figure is declared before the Cash Figure according to the Read is seen.
Only the duty manager should have access to the key or password that allows the till to be read at the end of the shift. Reducing the number of personnel with access will narrow your search in the event of suspected fraud.
