When new staff arrive it is important to take account of what uniforms are being issued to each new recruit.
This download will allow you to keep an account of each piece of company clothing a new staff member receives. At the end of each employees contract of employment, the hotel, restaurant or bar will check off each piece of returned uniform against the issue sheet.
By using the sheet, it is more likely the uniforms will be retured in good order.
