BEVERAGE MONTHLY PURCHASE TRACKER

Many Bars find that they do not have the time to fill out Purchase Orders for every order they place with their suppliers. While Purchase Orders do allow you a paper trail to analyse your monthly purchases, many bars find that it works well for them to keep a simple Beverage Purchase Tracker. We have compiled a useful version of this Tracker here for you to download.

What are the benefits of using this sheet?
  • It takes very little effort to enter the quantity of each product ordered.
  • All orders will be available for reference on a singl sheet.
  • If delivery dockets or invoices are mislaid, you will still be able to undertake a stocktake provided all information has been kept up to date on the Purchase Tracker.
  • Your bookkeeper will be able to cross reference monthly statements against your Purchase Tracker if you keep the accounting periods the same on the Tracker.
  • Your delivery staff will see at a glance what orders are due for delivery and can confirm that the quantities delivered are correct.
